The J Nassau Street express runs all times. It operates from Jamaica Center in Queens via Jamaica Avenue, through Brooklyn via Broadway, then enters Manhattan via Willamsburg Bridge to and from Broad Street.
On weekends though, it only goes to Chambers Street.
